Starters: Fish Options: Amritsari Fish Pakora - Battered in gram flour with a mix of Indian herbs and spices. Masala Fish Fillets - Deep fried spicy fish fillets cooked with mixed Indian herbs. Chicken Options: Chicken Kebabs - made from chicken mince with a luxurious authentic Punjabi taste. Chilli Chicken Strips - marinated with a mix of spices and cut into strips. Chicken Samosa - Golden fried pastry with minced chicken, green peas and spices. Chicken Tikka - Boneless pieces of breast marinated in yogurt and cooked to perfection. Jeera Chicken Wings – Wings cooked with cumin seeds and mixed spices. Masala Chicken Wings – Spicy wings cooked with mixed Indian herbs. Methi Chicken – Boneless chicken cooked with fenugreek leaves, mixed herbs and spices. Lamb Options: Lamb Chops - Marinated with lemon juice, herbs and spices in a charcoal oven. Lamb Kebabs - Minced lamb cooked with authentic Punjabi spices in a charcoal oven. Lamb Samosa - Golden fried pastry stuffed with minced lamb, green peas and spices. Vegetarian Starter Options: Aloo Tikki & Chana – Potato cutlets in mixed spices with chickpeas in sauce. Chilli Paneer Tikka - Indian cheese marinated in yogurt with herbs and spices. Chilli Mogo Chips - Fried cassava cooked and topped with chilli and mixed spices. Garlic Mogo Chips - Fried cassava cooked in garlic and topped with mixed spices. Aloo Pakora – Deep fried potato fritters. Mixed Pakora – Deep fried mixed vegetable fritters. Paneer Tikka - Indian cheese marinated in yogurt with herbs and cooked in a clay oven. Pani Puri – Crispy pastry accompanied by chickpeas, potatoes, onions and spicy water. Papdi Chaat - Crushed chips served with chickpeas and potato mixed in spices topped with yoghurt, garnished with a mint and tamarind sauce, coriander, chaat masala and crispy sev. Vegetable Samosa - Golden fried pastry stuffed with potato, green peas and spices. Vegetable Spring Rolls - Golden fried pastry with carrots, green peas, onions and spices. Chilli Mushroom - Crispy Mushroom with chilli, garlic and soya sauce. Onion Bhaji - Crispy Onion fritters, served with mint sauce. Mains: Butter Chicken – Tandoori chicken cooked in rich tomato sauce with a special blend of traditional spices. Chicken Curry - Cubes of boneless chicken cooked with herbs and spices in a North Indian style sauce with chunky onions and peppers. Chicken Tikka Masala – Boneless pieces of chicken breast marinated in yogurt and mixed spices. Saag Chicken - A popular Punjabi spinach dish made up of a selection of green leaves cooked in Punjabi spices with succulent chicken breast pieces. Chicken Biryani - Basmati rice with boneless chicken cooked in mixed spices, topped with crispy fried onions. Keema Mattar – Beautifully minced lamb, cooked with peas, chopped tomatoes, ginger, onion, garlic, and green chilli. Lamb Bhuna – Tender pieces of boneless lamb cooked in traditional Punjabi style gravy. Lamb Curry – Cubes of boneless lamb cooked with herbs and spices in a North Indian style sauce with chunky onions and peppers. Lamb Biryani – Basmati rice cooked with tender lamb in mixed spices, topped with crispy fried onions. Vegetarian Mains Options: Achari Bengan Aloo – Spiced aubergine pureed and cooked with potatoes cooked in a smooth tomato sauce with Indian herbs and spices. Aloo Gobi Sabji – Cauliflower florets and chopped potatoes cooked in mixed spices. Bengan Bartha - Aubergine pureed and cooked with a blend of spices, onions, turmeric, and tomatoes finished with green peas. Bhindi Sabji - Pan fried okra cooked in a thick onion-based masala blended with our mixture of spices. Chana Masala - Boiled chickpeas prepared in a traditional tomato and onion gravy with a blend of spices. Daal Makhani - Whole black lentils, cooked to perfection over a slow fry, cooked with tomatoes and medium spices, finished with butter and cream. Daal Tarka - A blend of three lentils cooked with herbs, spices, prepared with cumin seeds and garlic. Methi Aloo – Potatoes cooked with fenugreek leaves and mixed herbs and spices. Mixed Vegetable Sabji – Cooked peppers, onions, tomatoes and peas with mixed spices. Shahi Mattar Paneer - Homemade Indian cheese cooked in a creamy sauce with butter and peas.
